About the product
Originated from Australia, the blue gum eucalyptus is perhaps the most well-known of the eucalytpus tree species. It is of the genus Eucalyptus, Myrtaceae and is tall and beautiful leaves. Common throughout Australia and one of the main foods of koalas.
The essential oil distilled from the leaves is fragrant, fresh and has powerful purification energy. It can be used daily, all year round, and especially in winter to protect against seasonal ailments.
Traditionally Australian aborigines would crush eucalyptus leaves and apply them to the wounds to help with recovery, and they would also burn the branches and leaves during festivals to drive away impurities.
The essential oil contains phellandrene and aromaticene, and after contacting with the oxygen in the air, it may generate ozone, making the air fresher and more comfortable. It is an indispensable essential oil for every family.
