About the product

A type of eucalyptus - amongst the approximately 300 different species of eucalyptus in the world, only about 15 are used to produce essential oils.

Most of the eucalyptus essential oils are extracted from the blue gum tree and eucalyptus radiata, beloved in Australia, and are widely used in health care. The other types of eucalyptus species are quite different in chemical composition therefore are commonly used in the formulation of perfumes.

The Eucalyptus radiata, Eucalyptus, Myrtaceae, often reaches 92 meters tall. Named after the species' hard, arrow-like radial leaves and widely produced in Australia. Although the tree grows in areas of California, Algeria, Spain, South Africa and India,  the quality of essential oils produced in Australia is still regarded as the best.

The scent of Eucalyptus radiata essential oil is cool, soothing and penetrating. It can be breathed in or rubbed on the chest to support seasonal health and wellness, a traditional must-have for Australian families.

Rich in eucalyptol (55%~85%), the oil has purifying and repairing effects, and can be directly applied to the body to improve

skin conditions. In addition, when the phellandrene and aromaticene contained in the essential oil mixes with oxygen can help purify the air and surrounding environment.
