Most of the essential oils are extracted from Norway pine, Scotch pine, and French thorn pine. The essential oil has a fresh

How to use : Body : use a few drops and apply directly to the chest, back, stomach, and waist
Bathing : add a 6-8 drops to the bath water
Steam : add 1-2 drops to 500ml of hot water, inhale and exhale the steam
Blends well with : niaouli, cedarwood, cypress, tea tree, rosemary, thyme, carrot, celery and juniperberry essential oils
to create synergistic effects
