About the product

A herbaceous shrub of the Lamiaceae family and the genus Thymus. It is native to Southern Europe and is now cultivated in

the United Kingdom, the United States, France and other countries. The stem is 20 cm long and is very cold-resistant. The

whole plant emits a strong aroma and is said to be able to be smelled for miles.

Since ancient times, Europeans have regarded thyme as a kitchen herb. It is used to preserve meat, add flavour dishes, and

help with abdomen functions.

The essential oil is extracted and distilled from the thyme flowers growing in the mountains of Nanfa, at an altitude of 1,000

to 1,200 meters. It is strongly aromatic, is the mildest of the various types of thyme essential oils, yet provides strong protective and motivating effects.

Thyme essential oil contains a high proportion of thymol and carpetol, making it a popular essential oil for chest and

abdominal care.

During seasonal changes thyme can be added to oregano essential oil and a carrier oil, and rub it on the neck and chest to enhance self-protection. It also has a drying effect and is very suitable for adults or elders. It can also be rubbed on the

abdomen to support normal functioning and metabolism.

The motivating effect of thyme essential oil can be used to stimulate brain power. Together with rosemary essential oil, it can boost thoughts and mental clarity. It is also a warming essential oil and can help improve low mental energy and mood.
