About the product

Myristica, an evergreen tree plant of the Myristicaceae family, is native to the "Banda Islands" in the Moluccas (Spice Islands)

of Indonesia.A world renowned tropical spice and medicinal plant that caused a war within Europe 500 years ago. The tree can

reach a height of 13.7 meters and has fruits that resemble apricots. When the fruit is ripe, its color changes from lemon yellow

to light brown. The hard-shelled fruit bursts open when ripe, revealing a bright red mesh-like film inside (also an expensive spice

that can be added to desserts), with the inside fruit wrapped in a dark-brown shell.The spicy, warm and appetizing kernel fruit can

be groundinto powder and used in food preparations to help metabolise fats and starches.

The fruit can be distilled into fragrant essential oil. The oil is warm and suitable for abdominal care after excessive eating. It can

also be used together with Comp.Boul. Copahierl and yellow birch essential oils to massage shoulders, back and arms and legs.

The protective essential oil can work with clary sage for young and mature women during certain times of the month.

Usage : body, diffuser, vapouriser

How to use :  Mix 2 drops each of lemon balm essential oil and base oil and rub on the chest.

                       Mix with 2 drops of Compose Rafraichissant and 2 drops of carrier oil and rub it on the abdomen.

                       Mix 1 drop each of clary sage essential oil and a carrier oil, and rub it on the lower abdomen

                       Mix with 3-5 drops of Comp.Boul. Copahierl or yellow birch essential oil and rub it on the shoulders, back and limbs

                       PS.For those with sensitive skin, increase the amount of carrier oil used.                                

Blends well with : lemon balm, Compose Rafraichissant, black pepper, cinnamon, clove, coriander, clary sage,

                              Comp.Boul. Copahierl, yellow birch, ginger and other essential oils for synergistic effects
